About Me

My name is Richard Ballin; I currently live in Cleveland, Ohio with my wife. I moved from Savannah, Georgia to open Ohio’s only campus of South University. My experience currently as an IT desktop analyst; includes over 13 years of system & network maintenance as well as printers and tablets. After completing my associates in Information Technology last year I am continuing to enhance my skillset, attending Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online division where I have completed the Web Design Diploma program and have begun the completion of my Information Technology Bachelors program focusing on web technologies.

I am expanding my web-based skills in addition to enhancing my current knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery. I have a basic knowledge of the following languages: Microsoft .NET, VB.NET and C++. I currently also use MySQL for my entire database needs.

For fun I enjoy spending time with my wife traveling, watching movies, playing guitar, and the occasional video game.
